HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU CALLED AN AMERICAN COMPANY AND BEEN ROUTED TO A FOREIGN CALL CENTER?

Like an idiot just over 6 months ago I walked into a Sprint store (BTW not really sprint store some company called e systems which has been hell to deal with, I do not recommend them to anyone) The employee, a girl talked me into changing service. That is when the nightmare began. First I was lied to 3 times that visit (of course I didn't know because I hadn't really had their service for more than 3 minutes) If you lose or break your phone it's not $50 as quoted it's $150. Second the i phone is a piece of S%$#! Second I was told that if I turned in my Blackberry I would get money towards accessories, I asked what if I decide I want to not go with sprint during the trial period. I was told they would keep my phone til the end of trial before sending it back. Wrong I wanted it back it was gone. 3rd their service did not have the coverage stated. 

Long story short I'm still fighting with them to get this resolved!

Now here is the real problem. You call to talk to customer service, technical support or whatever you more often then not reach a person who claims to be a Sprint specialist they are in a different country the Philippines or Mexico City. These people aren't dumb or anything but they are not Sprint employees and do not have the power or access to same tools of American Reps.

Long story short, I just spent an hour on the phone for nothing. Nothing! No results No resolution in fact nothing but anxiety and anger.

I explained that they wouldn't be able to help me and they could not, and then refused to transfer me to America!

Please let me know if you have had these type of problems

and PLEASE DO NOT GET SERVICE WITH SPRINT IF YOU PLAN ON USING YOUR PHONE!
